Quilt Note Cards

Quilt Square Greeting Cards, blank inside for your own message, decorated with the images we painted for Tani's baby quilt. Get a set of 8 for $18 - the materials cost $7/box (that includes printer ink), so $11/box goes to Am Haskalah. You can order them in 5X7" with mulberry envelopes or 4x6" with speckled white envelopes.

Since presently I print them on my home printer, you can order any combination of squares from just the ones you and your family painted to 8-12 squares of your choice from the quilt (see below). On the back of each is an attribution to each artist who painted that square, for example:

The Baby Quilt Poster

Support Am Haskalah and adorn your home by ordering a high-quality poster of the lovely baby quilt made by many members of Am Haskalah as a gift to Rabbi Melissa Klein and Dr. Neysa Nevins in honor their first child, Natan David, born January 14, 2007.

The cost is $25 by preorder (which covers the cost) or $36 (to include a small donation to Am Haskalah).

The large squares were made by adults, the small squares were made by older kids, and the bands of color at top and bottom were made by the preschool class. It was designed by Beth Hyde and sewn and quilted by Cary Oshins and David Smith. The poster lists all contributors at the bottom and a key is available to coordinate squares to specific artists.
